By accessing or using this website, purchasing the Insider Pass, booking a private tour, or using any of our services, you agree to the terms and conditions described below. These terms exist to protect both you as a traveler and this project as an independent LGBTQ+ guide.

2. Insider Pass – Purchase & Refund Policy

2.1 Description of the Product

The Insider Pass provides exclusive digital content, updated recommendations, curated party tips, personalized guidance, and access to VIP benefits, discounts, or entries based on availability.

2.2 48-Hour Satisfaction Guarantee

If you purchase the Insider Pass and decide it is not what you expected, you may request a full refund within 48 hours of purchase.
To request a refund, simply contact us at the email or WhatsApp number provided on the website.

2.3 Non-Refundable After 48 Hours

After 48 hours, the product becomes non-refundable due to the immediate nature of digital delivery, access to exclusive information, and personalized consulting.

2.4 Event Access, Free Entries & Discounts

While we provide VIP lists, discounts, and free entries when available, these benefits apply only to selected events and change from week to week, depending on partnerships, availability, and event schedules.
We do not guarantee admission or benefits in cases of:

• Sold-out events

• Venue restrictions or capacity issues

• Age verification requirements

• Dress code or behavioral policies

• Changes or cancellations made by event organizers

• Weekly variation in partner events, discounts, or VIP arrangements

3. Private Tours – Terms & Conditions

3.1 Reservation & Payment

A 50% deposit is required to secure your tour date.
Payment can be made via Pix, Wise, or PayPal.
The remaining balance is due on the day of the tour.

3.2 Cancellation Policy

• More than 72 hours before the tour: Full refund of the deposit.

• Between 72 and 24 hours: 50% of the deposit is refunded.

• Less than 24 hours: The deposit is non-refundable.

3.3 Weather Conditions

Tours operate normally in cloudy or rainy weather.
In case of unfavorable conditions, you may reschedule once, subject to availability.
There is no refund of the initial deposit for weather-related issues.

3.4 Guest Responsibility

Guests must follow local laws, safety guidelines, and instructions provided by the guide.
The guide is not responsible for incidents caused by:

• Ignoring instructions

• Risky or unsafe behavior

• Intoxication

• Failure to respect local norms or safety requirements

3.5 Transportation & Safety

Tours are conducted in private SUV vehicles operated by licensed drivers or guides. We take all reasonable steps to ensure safety, but guests remain responsible for their personal belongings and actions during the tour.

4.1 Accuracy of Information

We make every effort to keep information accurate and up to date — including details about nightlife, beaches, cruising areas, hotels, and events.
